Michelle maintains a general commercial litigation practice, representing her clients in both State and Federal court. Over the past several years, she has specialized in defending lenders and loan servicers in lawsuits brought by borrowers facing foreclosure. Michelle’s practice also includes the representation of employers against claims of wrongful discharge and discrimination, as well as wage claims. Michelle has also been involved in insurance coverage disputes, condemnation matters, ERISA litigation, disputes between family members over inherited property, and general contract claims.
